We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

2. DELIVERY COST

Delivery is free on every UK order, with tracking.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 5 business days. These times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas) or because of events outside our control.

4. TRACKING

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at __EMAIL__ with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you if the parcel is lost or damaged.

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
