These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made by consumers on the Follara online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
The main characteristics of each product (contents, size, ingredients, bundle contents) are described on its product page.
Follara products are cosmetic products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including hair loss conditions. Results vary from person to person.
Always read the label and directions for use. Do a patch test 24 hours before first use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment, ask your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
We do our best to display our products accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if any, are always shown before you confirm your order.
Bundle offers and free gifts are valid while stocks last and for the period shown on the website.
Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a product becomes unavailable. In that case you will be refunded in full.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated.
7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, this statutory right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery. This does not affect our 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy.
8. FAULTY PRODUCTS
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will offer a replacement or a refund as required by law.
9. REVIEWS AND CONTENT
Customer reviews reflect the personal experience of each customer. Images of results are illustrative; individual results vary.
10. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss caused by use of a product contrary to its directions.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (texts, images, videos, logos, brand elements) belongs to Follara or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
12. COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
